At Muscida, you remain in control of how much of your information is shared with others. We design our services to respect your choices and protect your privacy.

• Private Profiles – You can choose to keep your profile private. When private, your information will not be visible to other users.
• No Raw Interviews Shared – Your original interview recordings or transcripts are never shared with other users or third parties. These remain strictly confidential and are used only by our system to generate compatibility insights.
• Control Over Interview Availability – You decide which interviews, if any, are available for compatibility analysis. Nothing is included without your consent.
• Flexible Sharing Levels – When participating in compatibility analysis, you can control how much information is revealed to others. Options include:
  • A short description (a brief summary of your profile)
  • A long description (a more detailed overview)
  • A numerical analysis only (compatibility score without personal details)

We do not share your personal information outside of these user-controlled settings unless required by law or to protect the security and integrity of our platform.

Limited Sharing Situations

We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

• Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. 12. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
